Farm
The 250-acre certified organic herb farm produces over 50 medicinal crops that are used in Gaia Herbs products. Gaia controls every phase of agriculture
including composting and cover cropping for rich and fertile soils, greenhouse sowings, crop rotations, seed collection, bio-remedial pest controls,
organic fertilization with chicken manure and fish emulsions, pre-harvest analytical testing to determine optimal activity levels, and efficient drying and
comminution procedures. Crops procured from the Gaia Herb Farm are routinely 2-3 times higher in concentration of activity levels than crops originating
from other sources. GAIA's intense farming practices ensure the highest potency raw materials for assurance of high potency therapeutic extracts.
