Dr. Zhang has found in her clinical practice that this particular combination of herbs greatly assists in reducing symptoms of both depression and fatigue. The standard dosage for mild to moderate symptoms is three capsules taken in the morning. For individuals with more severe symptoms, symptoms relief may be aided by taking two additional capsules in the afternoon. Patients report some symptom relief within 1-3 days.
