MegaFood's Raw Material Validation Documentation™
Program requires the ability to validate our raw materials with Nutrient Profile testing. Creating our own raw materials enables us to achieve a level of substantiation previously unavailable. This Validation Process takes place at each step in manufacturing.
Integrated Validation
Through the creation of Durham Research, we have integrated every aspect of the manufacturing of our products. As an example, our use of Fresh Frozen Foods protects the Foods' life force. We are able to track and Validate the Frozen Foods from the field to their finished state. We are able to Validate the raw material after Bioreaction and Drying. And finally we are able to Validate the tablets we produce in our tableting facility.
MegaFood's Raw Materials
Deliver a broad range of carotenoids in our Vitamin A and Beta Carotene products including Beta-carotene (cis and all trans beta-carotene), Beta-carotene (di-cis beta-carotene), Alpha-carotene, Cryptoxanthin, Lutein, Zeaxanthin.
Delivers a complete Vitamin E with all the tocopherols, tocotrienols, Squalene and Phytosterols.
Hypo-allergenic Rice Protein is utilized.
We have a broad range of whole foods as starter material for our Cold Fusion™ FoodState® Nutrients such as: Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Cranberries, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrots and Whole Brown Rice.
The ability to create exciting new Cold Fusion™ FoodState® Nutrients and to constantly search for ways to improve our nutrients.
We now have the facilities and expertise to oversee our entire manufacturing process from raw material to finished product.
